Rents are going to be significantly increased, including a seperate fee for water and garbage! These Avalon people must be crazy! I am out of here at the end of my lease! With all the BS that is going on with the parking/break-ins/noise/..... they want to increase the rates'!!!! funny!
Stay away from this place!
