New owners want to charge big city rent for a poorly built building in a very noisy and dangerous neighborhood. Units are poorly insulated - you can hear your neighbor cough! Noise from highway and Whole Foods is way too loud. and then add to that the street people and homeless and 2 doors down the mentally ill clients and then the club noise on weekends. WHY would you pay big city rent to live here - unless you like cheap quality!!!!!!
