Been here 2 years. Lots of changes, all for the worse.
Still noisy and unsafe area. With new rent increases and new parking increases, not worth it for all the negatives already listed here in other's comments. Just one word of advice to new owners, lots of people read this site and also Craigs List, where we have seen negatives about Aurora posted too. When word is out there, you are not going to get new renters, and the current ones will probably leave like us, when the increased rents only reflect decreased service.
