why don't the new owners get it'

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
our neighbors just got their lease renewal increase - 10%!!! crazy! if you move here expect 10% increases every lease renewal year probably with this new greedy/corporate style management. looks like the only new tenants coming in are foreigners who don't care and will leave in a year. our lease is up in 3 months and we are going to St. Francis Place or Bayside or North Point up in Marina.
