Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
i and my pet are here one year. now leaving at end of lease. lease renewal goes up 10% and no new amenities are being offered. and the place is noisy and the fitness room equipment is alwys broken and parking is a problems and the walls are thin. and at night the area is deserted and unsafe. look elsewhere do to the new rates and find better apt. for the money.
