I have lived at Aurora at Yerba Buena for almost two years. At first (while under the old management) it was great. One could pay their rent via credit card, enjoy snacks at the front desk, and even partake in the Sunday brunch for all residences. Above all, the old management was quick to make repairs and seemed very concerned whether each tenant was satisfied with their unit.
NOT TRUE under the new management, which, in addition to raising rents an average of $200 per unit, has taken away the ability to pay via credit card, does not offer the cookies and other goodies at the front desk, and has completely done away with the Sunday brunch. Moreover, the new management has let major repairs go unaddressed, such as the (one and only) treadmill in the fitness center, which has been broken for over 10 weeks!! Unacceptable. This is one unhappy tenant that will not be renewing the lease!!
