Shady,Lazy,Lying management - Not Worth It!!!! From: morallaurel@hotmaill.com Date posted: 5/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Unless you want to live somewhere where the management lies to your face and should you need anything fixed in your apt; this is NOT the place for you. The new "Avalon" mgrs. have made living here a nightmare. Plus, the mgmt feels it's appropriate to enter your apt. ILLEGALLY. I've woken up to find the asst. mgr. "delivering a package" INSIDE my apt. I was asleep and heard someone, I came out to find her snooping. And, nearly ALL the old residents (before the take over) have moved out. The new residents are a bunch of -------s, who have NO problem narcing on you. PLUS, you WILL be harrassed by mgmt if your cooking smells, or if you burn incense. It's total --------. PLEASE don't waste your engery or your money on this place.
