READ ALL THESE POSTS AND THEN DON"T RENT From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   It is true. We have been here almost 3 yers and will not renew. All rents seem to be going up 10% or at least $200!! And service has diminished. As mentioned, no fixing of exercise equipment for weeks. No keeping packages in office - they put in the public hallway outside your apartment so everyone can see what you get or even worse, get stolen! - and when questioned about problems, all we get is that "everything is being upgraded". But of course, no dates or timeline as to when these needless and mysterious"upgrades" will be done. And then parking increased $50. a month. And fire alarms go off a lot at 2am in the morning. We feel all these basically negative "upgrade" are a sign that you don't want to be involved with this new management company. Rents will just keep going up while service declines. Don't rent here - find something that is in a safer area and has less hassles for the same high rent.
