Just gave my notice after 1 year of nothing but troubles.
New owners only want high rent for no services.
New staff don't care about you, even when you pay high rent.
Everything takes forever to get fixed and now the hallways look like ---- with so many moving in and moving out marks on all the walls.
Elevators look like they are marked up too.
And after waiting almost 3 months for a treadmill to arrive. They put it backwards in the fitness center - I mean who wants to exercise on a tread mill that faces AWAY from the TV or faces INTO the person next to you sweating away on a their machine. DUH'''' How stupid is that''!!!
this new management team is totally clueless about creating tenant loyalty and the backwards treadmills is symbolic of this building - everything is backwards and seems determined to be anti-tenant.
