Yo!

Hey Avalon, if you overcharge, shouldn't we at least get decent service'

It's not often I'm moved enough to actually make a big deal about things, but living at the new "Avalon" is quite possible the worst rental expeience I've ever had.

Parking is a nightmare bacause you share the parking lot with Whole Foods so it's always crowded getting in and out. To make things worse, they've oversold the parking lot, so good luck parking on the 3rd floor when you come home at night. TO make it worse, the valets actually scratched the car door while trying to fit three cares into two spaces and then claimed it was already there.

If you ever call the office, they're never
there. Certain staff members are unhelpful and rude. You can stand at the counter endlessly while one staff member talks on her cell phone with her friends, and when you ask for help, she will actually close the office door on you to avoid having
to do anything. If you ask for something, she won't log your request - it's deplorable.

The propane was out for over a month on the BBQ, so I went down to ask them to have it refilled. Instead of being helpful, she rattled off a response about how I'm not supposed to use the facilities without filling in a request form and paying a fee - to BBQ my dinner on a nice summer night' Maybe I would if they were around at 5:30
or 6:00 when I get home, but they're never there.

Staff members will ignore your requests. Any complaint will get you yelled at! Any issue at all, is your fault - not theirs, or you could talk to comeone else when they come back.

I checked out the reviews before renting at the old "Aurora" and they were pretty good. I look at them now and it's all true and it's all bad. Just plain sad.

As soon as my new lease is up, you know what I'll be doing. Maybe the place will miraculously get better, but I doubt it.
