This place just keeps staying the same. Over 3 managers in less than 1 year! Support staff are nice but seem to want to just keep their jobs. The three HUGE problems here are:
1. HIGH RENTS for just not that great apt. They are relatively new but that is just about the only thing good about them. You can hear your neigbor SNEEZE!!! You can hear them in the bathroom = gross!
2. NOISE is bad. Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, = the streets are full of noisy club kids, motorbikes, drunk kids, and then your neighbors=drunk and drug homeless. Add t0 that the 24/7 sound of 8 lane freeway = you have to have a noise machine in every room to block out the noise. no one uses the balconies causse they are dirty and noisy 24/7.
3. GREEDY OWNERS = the owners pretend to want you to enjoy your "community" - but lets see, weeks for the gym eequip to get fixed, fire alarms at all hours of the night, dirty street in fron t of building, packages left at front door for days, increased parkingh fees, it just never ends.
and wait till your lease comes up - easiliy 10% increase if not more. and then the "unexplainable" extra monthly charge of water, garbage = so add anothe $ 50. a month to rent that no one can ever explain.
Ask most teneants here and it is like a Hilton Suites, most here for a year or two at most and gone.
You can find better if you look. This is just another AVALON greedy corporate ownership building trying to squeeze every dime out of you for a pretty lousy living environment in SF>AVOID!!!!

I second everything posted here. I'd like to add, they are so desperate for tenants that they've started renting to low-lifes who think it's fun to pull the fire alarm when they come home drunk - when most people are sleeping. Also, the new scumbag tenants enjoy littering in the elevators, the community offices (which are a joke since the copy machine NEVER EVER works) and in the recycling rooms. AND, new tenants feel that they can use their security parking cards to let their friends park for free, when the resident parking is ALWAYS ----ed up and you end up having to leave your car with the retarded parking attendant.
