New rules on mold given to tenants that make you responsible for mold damage in your apartment. None of this makes sense because the apartments do not have ventilation. If you are alergic to mold, avoid these apartments. If you are alergic to car exhaust, avoid these apartments. Basically unhealthy living environment that Avalon tries to market as luxury living.

it's against the law to make a tenant sign this form and if you did, legally it does not hold any water.

I was told when I saigned the form that there is no legal binding, just guidance. There is a vent in the bathroom running 24 hours. I guess the person wrote this doesn't like a quite vent. Yes, I like a quite environment, too. BUT if you are living in downtown, you can't totally avoid it, either. It is next to I-80/101. How can anyone miss seeing it before they rent an apt there???
