This dump has been going downhill for years. They are currently remodeling as people move out (meaning it will be under constant rennovation for years to come) and it's been going on for about a year now with NO END IN SIGHT. The manager and most of the staff are incompetent, rude, stupid, and unfriendly. We now have only one elevator as they rennovate the very old elevators and that one elevator serves 10 floors and 120 units and all the crews working the construction project and people moving in. In other words, it's a nightmare! The construction is cheap and ugly - they have about 6 colors of paint going up on the outside and the inside of the building - hurts the eyes! The washers and dryers constantly break down. It's a pit!
