good place, good location - is expensive From: formform Date posted: 2/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997   I remember seeing the place before it was rennovated, and I lived there shortly after in 1997 --- and it is a very nice place now, good location and nice views. Of course the price is high, but SF is like that overall. With a big company owning the bullding the rent will always be at or near the top of the market. The staff is professional though.
