Nice place, great view, tres pricey. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Nice, reasonably modern (for SF) apartments. Dishwashers. Great hot water & water pressure. Electricity & heat is paid for - our utility bills are only $30/month. Maintenance staff is great, as is most of the office staff, except for a woman named Melany, who is, IMHO, nearly completely incompetent. There's a great view from some of the apartments, and the balconies are actually wide enough to be useful. Very expensive though. At least it's rent controlled.
