Kiss your deposit goodbye From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   We lived in Avalon Towers for over two years(way to long). Our apartment was incredibly worse than the show apartment. The carpet was stained and well worn and the bathroom and kitchen had not been updated since the 60's. Now this multimillion dollar company is using our deposit to pay for carpets we did not even ruin even though we left the place cleaner than when we moved in.(fyi we had multiple theft from underground garage, and loads of noise from the echo created by courtyard) Bottom Line: Don't fall for it if they say the apartments look like the demo apartment and kiss your deposit goodbye!
