This is the worst place I have ever lived. They say nice things and do nothing. The place is dirty and unsafe. It finally affected my health. Their financial arrangements are a mess and untrustworthy. Don't judge a book by it's cover, the outside looks nice, the neighborhood is great but that is it. No matter what goes wrong it is not their fault and if possible they will blame it on you.
