Avalon Towers

Worth every penny!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/13/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Avalon Towers is the highest quality apartment I've ever lived in. I rarely (if ever) hear any of my neighbors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance (yes I did have to call maintenance for a couple minor things) responded and fixed the issues within 24 hours. The concierges are very helpful with everything. We are surrounded by parking lots but we're only 3 blocks from Gordon Biersch, 4 from the financial district, and 8 from MOMA and the Metreon. There is a homeless shelter on the Harrison side of the building but that's a secondary entrance/exit and not on the financial district side. Besides, the homeless people at the shelter have never bothered me or anyone else I've spoken to. Besides all this, we've had a fantastic view of every fireworks display held over the last year at the Ferry Building! It's been unbelievable!!
