The rent on this place is outrageous for the service, or lack thereof, that you get. While the facilities are nice, it's not worth the price. Neighbors are quite snooty and building is not friendly. Office/management is ridiculously lax about getting anything done. Once they lost my $$$$thousands rent check, then sent a warning notice charging me a late fee, then later found the check and gave no apology. Took 3 months to get a parking space due to laziness in management office (there were plenty of spaces available). The neighborhood stinks too - lots of homeless and totally empty on weekends/evenings - and the building lives in the shadow of an overpass and the Bay Bridge. Am getting out as soon as my lease ends!!
