Recently moved in and completely diasagree with other review. Service is incredibly good. Location is good for getting out of town, but homeless are nearby. South Beach is an awesome neighborhood though. Beautiful views. Skyhigh rent, but decent to comparative properties. You're paying for luxury here, but you get it.
