Pros: Units are large with huge windows; w/d in every unit; brand new kitchens with d/w, microwave, pantry; quality fixtures throughout; tons of outlets and phone lines in each room; fast, quiet, and huge elevators; loading dock (makes for very easy moving); cats allowed (although they charge an extra $50 "pet rent" per month); very quiet overall (I can never hear the person above me, though I sometimes hear the person next door when hes cheering during a ball game); fitness center (albeit small); social lounge w/cable TV and pool table; small spa-type pool (not for swimming); good views (either close-up of the Bay Bridge or downtown); 24-hour concierge who accepts packages; can walk to downtown; best weather in the city; very easy street parking for visitors.
Cons: Quite expensive; aforementioned "pet rent"; the neighborhood is a tree-less, bird-less concrete jungle; some homeless people nearby; no supermarkets nearby (just one convenience store).
Overall, I like it very much.
