HOME! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've lived here for almost 15 months and really love it. We just renewed our lease, and yes, rent did go up, but based on market rates and other prices in the city, the cost of our large one bedroom seems comparable to other places in SF. The building is safe and the concierge is very helpful -- I love that they take good care of our packages. It's clean here and the office staff is friendly and always remembers your name. I think living here is well worth the money, especially considering what you get -- laundry! walk in closets!
