I lived here for 18 months while working in the city. Moved due to they kept raising the rent every 3 months as I could not sign a long term deal. $5K for 2 BR/2BA in the city is a bit pricey for this place. Cheap carpet, dirty common areas, and lack of air conditioning all add up. That combined with inability to leave windows open without getting black soot all over eveything made me decide it was time to move. Recent rash of car break ins does not help much.If your just looking for a place to sleep amd have some quiet time then it will do. If your looking for a little more and can afford $5K per month then there are a lot of better alternatives in the city. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
