It went from great to downhill....

We never had problems when the old leasing agent was here, but ever since she transferred to the Avalon in Daly City, things have been a nightmare! Management is gruff and not very understanding. The leasing agent that replaced the old one isn't great either. Some neighbors are nice, but others are a pain. The building recently updated its pet policy, and some neighbors are not very accepting of dogs. We moved because the tenant upstairs was upset because our dogs barked sometimes during the day, even though it was not quiet hours. The tenant upstairs clomps around and blasts her TV, but management refused to do anything about it because she is a "long-term tenant."
Take your money elsewhere. This place is a rip-off.
PS The place hasn't been remodeled in a long time. Some apartments still have shag carpeting. The railing on the balconies are also coming loose and are a safety hazard. Lastly, management told us that we could not run our bathroom fan early in the morning because the tenant upstairs was disturbed by it. Well, we didn't even have a window in our bathroom!!! What about mold buildup!!! Hello!! Install a quieter fan....It's not the tenant's problem. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
