Pros: Responsive management, new washers/dryers, convenient location. Cons: Aparments need soundproofing on windows and in walls; too much noise can be heard from Safeway, street, and neighbors above due to very poor sound proofing.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
Security staff not the best; building near Section 8 project.
Management staff does very good work. The building itself needs serious remodeling. The windows are cheap and allow too much noise. The walls allow too much noise from above.
