A Peaceful Retreat From: tooloocid Date posted: 5/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I've never been happier in SF. This is the third and last place I'll live until I buy. Great, quiet neighborhood with a Safeway across the street. The apartment's nothing to write home about, but the office and maintenance people are great. I had a big plumbing problem (35 year old building) and everyone went out of their way to fix it. I even referred my friend and they paid me $250 when she moved in!
