1. Parking Garage = couple of car break-in incident on indoor garage. (not while ago)
2. Ground = dirty!!!
3. Safety = car break-ins I've seen people living in project comes here @ night in front/side entrance doorway to smoke weeds munches and drink hard liquor making a mess...
4. Construction - OLD! Dirty! tearing a part.
