Too many changes in management

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
1. Elevator never works. You will have to go out in public to empty your trash.
2. Management changes. I experienced 3 changes in 6 months.
3. Maintenance. I had a closet that was broke and it took 3 months to have replaced.
4. Dry Steamroom has terrible showers and smells
5. Pool tables only had one usable poolstick
6. Parking is an additional $60.00 a month, which is 2 tickets that you will receive due to street cleaning Mondays & Thursdays
7. There is a Safeway across the street, convenient although noisy at night with truck deliveries
8. Weightroom was the size of my kitchen. Very small and unusable even to stretch.
