Took Avalon to Court and Now I'm Being Harassed

This place is horrible. Management is fat (you know who you are) and lazy. Maintenance has no idea what they're doing (if they decide to show up--so much for that "Maintenance Guarantee"). It smells like dog piss all over the building (just stand out front on King Street and out back on Berry). Half of their concierge are worthless (except for Aloha and Raymond) and the leasing consultants are rude (except Rodney, we love Rodney). My upstairs neighbors smoked and it seeped through vents filling our apartment--I have asthma but management didn't care. When I threatened to take them to court for mold growing in the ceiling and walls of my apartment due to a flood and leaks, they told me to move out. There used to be waist-high piles of garbage outside my door that management refused to remedy. I say "used to" because they made me move apartments after the mold situation so they could tear out the wall and carpets. I took them to court and it's been like walking on egg shells ever since. Now I'm being watched and accused of doing things I didn't do. When will this nightmare end'
