This has been an extremely disappointing experience. From the day we moved in (Avalon gave away our timeslot on the loading dock, and to someone moving out), to the oft discourteous service, and not to mention absolutey HORRIFIC parking in lower level....I honestly cannot wait until my lease term is over, counting the days. Given that it seems as though the security dep will not be refunded (as heard from others comments), I will gladly give it up if it means I can leave.

Walking thru the courtyard to my apartment, there is often garbage left by residents outside their front doors (I guess they think the staff will take it out for them). Additionally, if you have any real issues with the staff that you need handled (billing, repairs, etc) forget it, they are extremely unhelpful. I have had to contact them several times, and in the end, if I need something done I end up doing it myself. The one thing I really want to know from this staff is "How can I get a job there'". I would love to be paid to be arrogant, rude, and virtually not have to work, please tell me when there are openings. This has been a complete nightmare, I would not recommend Avalon to anyone.
