This building is as beautiful on the outside as on the inside. And the leasing staff and the mechanics, and concierge are great. Im so sick of seeing only pissed off reviews on this site. Dont take it out on the rep of the building because you moved in to a building you cant afford. Good lord they do a tour and show you everything, why does the construction take everyone by surprise. Did you see the lease before you signed it so you know what your rent will be!!!
