I actually did get the tour like everyone else and the leasing staff failed to let me know that the Avalon community was starting another building project next door for the next 18 months with Pylon driving beginning at 8:00 AM. There were no signs of this construction when I signed my lease. The construction is absolutely ridiculous. This place is horrific and I can not wait to get out. The money is not a problem but I would like to get what I pay for.
