It leaks!! Trash issue, but I still like it

My apartment leaks on really rainy days, and trash always seems an issue as people never throw it away but put it in front of the chute. Thats the only bad thing I can say about this place. I like the management team, I like the reception team, they are very responsive and polite and there are lots of extra's that I take advantage of. The location also cant be beat. I just hope they dont price me out when its time to renew (4 more months). AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
