Great place, too many dogs but lots of extra's

There are way too many dogs in this place, they are always urinating on the 3rd floor breezeway. Management has put stuff in the newsletter but they need to get really tough with the owners. Apart from that, we like the gym, its really quiete except for typical city noises and the staff is very friendly. They have cooking classes and season tickets (you have to move fast to get the tickets as they are usually already given away when we try to get them, but we have been to a few games on Avalon). The location cant be beat.
