this place will eat up your savings! rents are way too much for the service provided and the size of the units, and the noisy area. and at night it is really dead down here. a very suburban dull kind of place for people with deep pockets.
for these prices look at pacific heights, laurel heights, cow hollow - places that are real neighborhoods, not a place next to a train depot.
