seems to be going downhill a bit

not as quick to fix repairs and noisy street noise on the increase. plus big rent increase. look elsewhere for the money and it seems to be going downhill a bit. plus on higher floors it gets very hot. there is plenty of competition in sf for this level of rent, so for the new hassles i would look elsewhere.
