i just want to warn any potential tenants to stay away. while exiting their underground garage in one of their southern cal properties, the garage spring broke and the large iron gate fell on the roof of my car. Never did they apologize nor accept any responsibility. Never even asked if i was ok. They just wanted me to use my own insurance for repair. This management is full of greed and only cares about the their bottom line. When they say they want you to be happy, they are completely full of it.

Thank god, I heard the truth before committing based on their false marketing. So any recommendations for a decent 1BR luxury apartment in Mi.Bay/SoBe area?
