The staff is unbelievably rude and incompetent. They are good for giving lip-service but never address or fix recurring problems. Noise is a serious problem! Caltrain engines rumble through the night. No one cares.

I will not be renewing when my lease expires in a couple months. TIME TO MOVE!!
