The recent reviews are 100% similar with my experience- I called management to complain about the CalTrain noise and they said "There is nothing I can do about it." Residents with dogs are very inconsiderate- there is often a big puddle awaiting you in the elevator. Management's answer: "There is nothing I can do about it." The only thing management can do is collect your rent check.

Oh, and my neighbor recently moved from the complex (what smart people!) -- they warned me that the "security deposit" is really more a hidden rent fee. Don't expect to get the money back.

Their fake smiles disgust me. They tell you to contact them any time with your concerns. When you contact them, they will thank you for voicing your concerns but make no effort to resolve the issue. My lease expires shortly and I will not renew. Don't get sucked in by the nice recreational areas. You'll be sorry.
