Positives -
great neighborhood.
friendly tenants.
management staff very welcoming at first.
head concierge is a very nice and helpful.
in unit laundry very nice feature.

Negatives -
management staff is not friendly and very passive if you have a request.
dogs are great, but dog puddles are not - management needs to post a person mornings and evenings where the dogs relieve themselves for a couple of weeks to enforce their rules.
rent increases after the first year have caused quite a few people to move, although it does seem like rents for new tenants are lower than they were last year.
Parking rent is outrageously priced.

I didn't renew my lease.
