I've lived here for 4 months, and I can't wait to leave. We've been woken up by the fire alarm at 3am 4 times(faulty sensor that took them 3 weeks to replace).

Now they are doing construction in the retail space below. They woke us up with a jackhammer at 9am on Saturday morning. Management doesn't care and won't do anything about it. Everyone claims they didn't know, and can't do anything about it.

I'm in the construction business, I can tell you they know and could stop them from jackhammering on Saturday if they cared at all about their tenants. Basically, if you rent here, be prepared for a big F-U from the management once you sign the lease.

The windows are drafty, the blinds are crap, and the dishwasher is just about useless.
