There's been 3 major construction projects during our time here. We're woken by jackhammer drilling in the mornings. Management don't care. Previous manager gave a discount to residents who were affected, this one really doesn't care. It's a drag to have to pack your stuff and move out but that's what we're gonna have to do. It's expensive in relation to other apartments too - a premium is fine if management delivers on it's "Time Well Spent" slogan of being customer-focused. But they don't anymore. It's all about maximizing revenue from adding tenant restaurants below. And if that means more jackhammer drilling through concrete starting at 8am, we'll that's just too bad for the residents. You're just another profit stream... Meanwhile heavy-duty construction of Phase 3 continues on the other side...
