This apartment complex is overpriced and they are tow happy although they don't even check who they are towing. They instilled a new policy mid lease that we would have to pay for bike parking and then without assigning spots or decals they just towed my bike. Cost me $225 to get my bike back. The apartment didn't even call me first. I've heard countless other stories about this building and nobody renews there lease, which I think tells it all.

A few of the staff members are really nice, but they almost scare me more when they tell me the stories that management does. They really don't care about the residents as long as your check clears.

I don't live in the main building and they never clean our area, yet it is a pet friendly community (just guess what that means you get to walk through to get to your apartment until you clean it up yourself). The building has tons of cracks in the the structure that makes me nervous since Mission Bay is built on land fill.
