Moving because too expensive, but overall think it's a great place

My boyfriend and I moved here from Daly City and love the sunny neighborhood. Avalon is very quiet (get an apartment facing the garden) and the walls are pretty thick. Parking is outrageously expensive ($300) and water/sewer is kind of expensive ($40 a month).Nice city feel not so jam packed like downtown. Street parking not so bad on townsend and this place is in a central location (N or t line takes you to bart, cal train across street). People are super friend, healthy, and successful. Amenities are awesome and I will miss them. Really expensive, but you get what you pay for.
