Renters should avoid renting at Avalon at Nob Hill.

After being "beaten up", mentally, physically, emotionally and painfully by the Community Manager, the Portfolio Manager of Avalon at Nob Hill and their parent company, AvalonBay Communities, I have moved out of the complex.

The attached picture is just 1 picture of 1 experience (bug bites) of many I had to endure while living at Avalon at Nob Hill under the current community management.

My experiences with the current management personnel at Avalon at Nob Hill would be best described as brutal, as painful and as torturous.

I had to seek legal counsel from the numerous and constant abuses that the property management inflicted upon me. After negotiations between my attorney and corporate, AvalonBay Communities, my attorney was able to obtain a cash settlement for me from AvalonBay.

The cash settlement was for all the pain and suffering AvalonBay and its mangers inflicted upon me.
