I lived at Baside Village for two years. It is definitely a great location, however the continuous rent hikes drove me out of the place. It wasn't that I couldn't afford it, it is just that I don't believe that management could justify the rent increases with the "value" of living at Bayside. Management isn't the best - they need to take lessons in being service conscious.
