Beware of rats

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
 
We lived in enormously expensive first floor unit from 1997 to 2000, rents kept going up and we had a rat problem for several months. Deli close by was very convenient, and having an office to take packages was nice. Noise was sometimes a problem.
