Bayside Village

Nice place, nice complex. Useless property management personnel. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/15/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   I like the location. I love the pools, barbeques and gym. The deli / market is close by as well as video rentals, dry cleaner....lots of amenities. I'm getting used to the noise of cars late at night (as they squeal tires in the cul-de-sac at the end of Beale Street). The one thing I will not become accustomed to is the lazy and useless property management. Open till 7pm - means I will not make an effort to complete anything after 6:30 pm and will shut the doors at 6:50. Ask for assistance - you get a list of what they won't do and absolutely no helpful solutions. Hopefully they're only paid minimum wage for the minimum service.
