It's a great complex; *really quiet*. extremely well maintained--my unit was *spotless* when I moved in. Pool, gym, and other common areas are immaculately maintained.
Ample and reliable staff, but very corporate--everything is by the book. Don't expect any exceptions or special favors, but otherwise, you'll be very happy.
It's not new or expensive as the high rise "luxury apartment homes", but it has most of the amenities and it's really well taken care of.
It's in a relatively dead area of the city, which is both good and bad. though it is definitely becoming more residential with the new Borders and Safeway, there aren't tons of things to do or places to go. On the other hand, it's a nice walk to the financial district, chinatown, north beach, union square, etc.
All in all, very impressive place and management. A safe and beautiful area, but not the right fit for the party lifestyle.
