I was told that there were two bmr units available. I submitted my application as well as all the necessary paperwork within 24 hours. How is it that this complex had 2 units available at 6PM and suddenly leased out at 11AM the next morning' What is especially frustrating is the fact that it was the leasing manager, who approves the BMR units, who toured me around the complex and told me the 2 units were available. I called her numerous times kindly asking for a reply. No response to date. If you plan to tour this complex, add an addional hour to your scheduled time. They seem to have problems keeping on schedule.
